The process with GenoScreen Lab is simple and convenient.
- Certain test can be ordered online (ex. Non Legal DNA Test Kits)
- Easily book an appointment online & come to us in person.
- We come to you for samples.
Once samples are collected, samples are immediately shipped to our accredited Laboratory in a tamper-evident shipping envelope that maintains the security and chain of custody.
Once the laboratory has received the samples, it is tested and reviewed twice to ensure quality. If an MRO is required that process is also conducted and provided.
You will receive your results securely through our online portal within the specified timeframe.
The turnaround time for receiving your results varies depending on the specific test you choose. However, you will be informed of the estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.
It is preferable to test a child, alleged father, and the mother of the child. However, testing is possible without the mother’s sample and in certain circumstances, such as when the alleged father is unavailable or deceased, it is also possible to conduct a test using stored DNA samples from the alleged father or DNA from his biological relatives.
